Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort Safety Protocols

The property is open to the general public. Additional safety measures are in place, including social distancing, increased cleaning and sanitation guidelines, and mandatory face-covering protocols to protect the health and wellness of guests, Team Members, and the community.

What Can You Expect?

Guests can expect to see changes throughout the property to help keep all of us safe. Below is information you’ll be interested in, before returning:

Upon Arrival

  • The parking garage is open and guests may access the Casino from the garage
  • Valet is not accessible

Entering Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort

  • Guests will enter through the Main Casino Entrance or Garage Entrance only
  • Casino occupancy is limited to 50%
  • Casino occupancy will be continuously monitored and may need to be reduced as needed
  • Casino hours will remain 24/7
  • A valid ID, temperature checks, and self-provided face masks are required to enter the building

Precautions

  • Larger areas are being disinfected with MoonBeam. MoonBeam utilizes a powerful UVC light that provides fast and broad area disinfection in as little as three minutes.
  • Additional sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the casino floor for your convenience
  • You will find more slot carousels and smaller banks than any other casino in the state, thus allowing more distance between each guest for a comfortable gaming experience
  • Our walkways average 6 – 9 feet to easily accommodate the necessary distancing between guests
  • We have clearly marked areas throughout the casino where our guests queue with floor decals six feet apart, for your safety and convenience
  • We have acrylic barriers at Xperience Players Club, Katie’s Kitchen, the Hotel Front Desk, and other areas throughout property, to protect our guests and Team Members alike

General Information

  • 100% smoke-free property, including vaping
  • There is a covered smoking area outside of the former East Casino Entrance
  • The Gift Shop will continue to sell vape products and cigarettes
  • Only four individuals are permitted in the Gift Shop at a time
  • Bus Groups have been postponed for the foreseeable future

Gaming

  • Live Keno is open; Keno kiosks are available throughout the gaming floor
  • Table Games is operational

Dining & Bars

    • Dining venues are limited to 75% occupancy
    • Jade Fusion, Whiskey Prime Steakhouse, Katie’s Kitchen, 210 Brewing CO, Angel Eats, and The Grind are operational
    • Bar seating is limited to 50%
    • Riverside Buffet will remain closed

Hotel

      • Contactless mobile check-in is available and encouraged for all hotel guests
      • Hotel room service is still available
      • Coffee is not available in-room; inquire at the Hotel Front Desk
      • Sanitizer is provided in-room
      • All in-room surfaces are sanitized daily
      • Common area surfaces are sanitized continuously
      • The Hotel gym is now open; maximum two guests

Entertainment & Events

      • All entertainment has been postponed for the foreseeable future; please check back for any updates
      • Strikerz and All Things Sports are operational
      • Strikerz is limited to six guests per lane
      • Group events may take place at a limited capacity
