Pastry Chef,  Brittany Harris


Armed with her Easy-Bake Oven, a flour sifter, and a wild imagination, Brittany Harris discovered her passion for baking at eight years old. Since graduating from culinary school with degrees in Occupational Science and Pastry, Harris has been a pastry chef for over 15 years; her passion for bringing happiness to people’s lives through tasty treats has allowed her to develop her own style: over the top. Whether a sweet cake or a savory lasagna (both are her favorites), she always has a little magic up her sleeve. When asked which four ingredients she couldn’t live without, she answered, “salted butter, sugar, flour, and of course, the incredible egg.” Harris is Xcited to join the Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort team, where she hopes to bring creativity through her crazy, “go big or go home” cakes and desserts.
