From the time he was 10 years old, making pork dumplings with his mother, Chef Dean knew he had a passion for cooking. His culinary career began over 35 years ago, working as a busboy in a coffee shop, later enrolling in a three-year culinary apprenticeship in Oahu, Hawaii, then owning his own restaurant, and finally becoming Executive Chef at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort. Chef Dean’s cooking style blends Asian flavors, Hawaiian influences, and classic European training to create delicious dishes that bring smiles to guests’ faces.
