Meet Ryan, the Head Brewer at 210 Brewing CO!

“My love for craft beer began when I moved to the Seattle area in 2000, and was Xposed to a market of beer that was far grander than the offerings in my hometown in southern Ohio. I home-brewed for several years, and then started my hands-on education at a production brewery in Woodinville, Washington. For a brief time, I also brewed for McMenamins in Bothell. Then I joined the Team as Head Brewer of 210 Brewing CO at Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort.

I’m very happy to be able to craft our own beer styles and flavors for our guests here. A few of my personal favorites are the 210 IPA and Gravity Gold. The 210 IPA is one of my favorite styles of IPA. It’s a traditional West Coast style IPA with more traditional northwest hops. Gravity Gold is another favorite and was brewed specifically for Gravity Bar. It has a light and simple crispness of a golden ale, which I love. It’s refreshing, yet still has flavor and a hint of hops.

I hope you enjoy all of our handcrafted beers, and I can’t wait to see you at 210! Cheers!”
