These have been trying times for our region, state, and nation. We will continue to make the necessary strides to ensure the safety of our guests, Team Members, the Stillaguamish Tribe, and our community. On Thursday, April 2nd, Gov. Jay Inslee extended the mandate regarding the stay-at-home order and closure of non-essential businesses. With that in mind, Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort has made the decision to extend the temporary closure through Sunday, May 3, 2020.

The new target is re-opening on Monday, May 4, 2020, however we will persistently assess our opening date as any new information is released.

Once open, we will continue to ensure that our cleaning standards exceed recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Washington State, Gov. Inslee, and tribal health organizations to help ensure COVID-19 is contained.

Below are a few of the many critical steps Angel Of The Winds have and will continue to take:

  • Continue to have smaller banks and wider aisles, meaning more distance between each individual
  • Placing additional sanitizer stations throughout the casino floor
  • Focus on high traffic areas to accommodate necessary distances between guests
  • Adding an acrylic barrier at Xperience Players Club, and other areas throughout the Casino, to protect our guests and Team Members
  • The property has been completely disinfected from top to bottom

Q: How do I find out when you’ll be open?

A: We are closely monitoring the situation and complying with the CDC, Federal, and State mandates. Keep a close eye on our website and social media for the latest information on our re-opening.  We can’t wait to see you again soon!

Q: Are you cleaning while you’re closed?

A: Yes, our fantastic Environmental Services Team has been hard at work to ensure all hard surfaces and frequent touch points are thoroughly disinfected. When we re-open, rest assured that we will have completely sanitized the property.

Q: What measure and precautions will you be taking when you re-open?

A: We will focus on high traffic areas to accommodate distances between each guest. We will have added an acrylic barrier at Xperience Players Club, and other areas throughout the Casino, for additional protection. We will continue to supply hand sanitizer to all of our guests, along with encouraging a clean and responsible entertainment atmosphere.

Q: Is there a quarantine site in Snohomish County?

A: The coronavirus quarantine site is with our proud partners at Angel Of The Winds Arena, in Everett. This site is for those that cannot be quarantined at home, CLICK HERE for more information. Angel Of The Winds Casino Resort does remain closed until further notice.

Gaming & Promotions

Q: Will I get to use my free play offers that I’ve missed?

A: Only current offers will be valid. 

Q: What will happen to my hotel offers?

A: We will be evaluating any missed hotel offers and issuing additional stays, based on play, upon re-opening. 

Q: Will the tiered earning period be extended?

A: Yes! We will be extending the earning period, pending our re-open date.

Q: Will you have make-up days for missed gift giveaways?

A: Absolutely! Those details will be announced very soon.

Q: Was the Play4Fun Online gaming site removed?

A: Yes, we no longer support Play4Fun as of March 31st.

Q: Will you continue 50+ Club upon re-opening?

A: No, 50+ Club will be postponed for the foreseeable future.

Q: What if my slot ticket expired during the closure?

A: Slot tickets that expired during the time frame of our closure will be redeemable, upon re-opening.

Food & Beverage

Q: What is being done with all the food from your restaurants?

A: We’ve donated the food items from all of our restaurants to our Team Members, the Arlington Community Food Bank, and Stanwood Camano Food Bank.


Q: Will you be refunding my hotel reservation?

A: Of course, we have refunded all hotel reservations through April 30th and will refund additional reservations as necessary.


Q: Where do I get a copy of my Win/Loss for Tax purposes?

A: You can request your Win/Loss Statement on our website, CLICK HERE and select “Win/Loss Statement”
